For example, the other day, she unknowingly answered the age-old question: “What to wear when you have nothing to wear?” On her Insta, followed by 35 million people, she posted a super simple all-black look: a crop top and loose pants with a wide belt.

Hailey added a super easy-to-do ’00s-style touch with her hair and makeup – long hair and some cool eye makeup. She left her lashes bare and focused on her lids with ochre eyeshadow. Unexpected, and totally effective!
