Debrah Anne Miceli (born February 9, 1964) is an Italian-born American monster truck driver and former professional wrestler. Best known under her ring names Madusa (short for Made in the USA) and Alundra Blayze, she became one of the most iconic female figures in wrestling history.
She began her career in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), where she captured the AWA World Women’s Championship and was named Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s Rookie of the Year in 1988 – the first woman ever to receive the honor. The following year, she made history again by signing with All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling, becoming the first foreign wrestler to do so.
Miceli later joined WCW, aligning with the Dangerous Alliance managed by Paul E. Dangerously, before moving to the WWF (now WWE) as Alundra Blayze, where she became a three-time WWF Women’s Champion. Her infamous act of throwing the WWF Women’s Championship belt into a trash can on WCW Monday Nitro made wrestling history – though it led to a 20-year WWE blacklist.
After returning to WCW, she became the first woman to win the WCW Cruiserweight Championship and later trained future stars like Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, and Molly Holly.
Transitioning into motorsports, Miceli dominated the Monster Jam circuit, driving her truck Madusa to victory at the 2004 Monster Jam World Finals Freestyle co-championship and the 2005 Racing Championship – the only woman in the competition at the time.
In 2015, she was honored with induction into the WWE Hall of Fame under her legendary ring name, Alundra Blayze.
