Consani has walked the runway for renowned fashion houses such as Tom Ford, Versace, and Alexander McQueen. In 2024, she made history as one of the first transgender models to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and was honored as Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards, becoming the first trans woman to receive this accolade.
