Check out AnNa R., aka Andrea Neuenhofen, born on December 25, 1969, in East Berlin. She’s a German singer and lyricist, famous for being part of the duo Rosenstolz.

Growing up in East Berlin, she tried to make a name for herself in the music scene during the GDR era, but her critical lyrics caused some issues. After the German reunification, she co-founded the duo Rosenstolz in 1991, where she was the lead singer.
She also got involved in various cultural projects and teamed up as a guest singer with the German band Silly in 2005. AnNa R. has kept her music career going strong with bands like Gleis 8 and Silly, and she’s also made a name for herself as a solo artist.
