Good lord.............I remember perhaps 15 years ago the family had a Reality Show {if that is what they called them back then.} This girl was maybe 18-19. There was the father, mother, Angela and her older sister. She was quite cute. The thing is................as you get older your METABOLISM slows down. Everybody's metabolism slows down so {especially if you like to eat} you have to 1. Work out religiously or 2. Really be disciplined about your diet or you are going to put on weight and if you're 20 and put on 2 1/2 lbs a year that means when you're 34 that you'll have put on 35 lbs which means if you're 5'6" 125 lbs at twenty you're going to be 5'6" 160 lbs at 34. None of this is rocket science. It's mathematics. As basic as 1-2-3.
