   I think it was 1982 when a nice Jewish woman shaved her pubic hair for our second "date." I thought it was very much like a paedophile. Then, five years later, Playboy started to trim. Nice, I thought. There is only so much pubic to belly button hair I could tolerate without thinking I was a mo. One can blame the French for landing strips and Brazilian women for booty, but it seems the bush trend has returned. I rather enjoy it. We Nordics rather like it. It's one of the best things about sex. It's where the electricity passes.

      It didn't return in America. Actresses aren't going to completely shave as that'll be too revealing. Shows like that will allow nudity but not penises and not labia. Hence why you never see penises and you only see women with hair or merkins. They either always have lots of hair, or it's dimly lit lighting or they have their legs strategically crossed at all times.

      I think the show is set in 1667, so it wouldn't have been authentic to have shaved pubic hair with big powdered wigs.
