Ashley C. Richardson was born June 27, 1965. She’s an American former model. She landed on the cover of Elle seven times and Cosmopolitan twice. She showed up in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue six times – 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1995.

When she got the 1991 SI cover, folks mixed her up with Joe Montana’s wife. She was actually married to New York nightclub owner Paul “Punch” Montana (no relation). They divorced a few years later, and she went back to her full maiden name.

She had a short thing with model Brian Buzzini and had a daughter, Daisy. She dropped all the baby weight and came back for the 1995 SI issue.

She also dated John F. Kennedy Jr. for a bit during one of his breaks from Daryl Hannah.
She did tons of ads, especially for L’Eggs Sheer Energy pantyhose in print and TV. In 1989, she had a lead role in John Mellencamp’s “Let It All Hang Out” video from the Big Daddy album.
At her peak, she visited U.S. military bases to boost morale, includin’ the San Diego Naval Submarine Base in 1991, where she checked out the USS Haddock.
