Check it: Emma Jones (born May 23, 1975) is a Welsh journalist. She went to Mold Alun School and Staffordshire University, then kicked off her career at the Evening Leader in her hometown, Mold.
She jumped into all kinds of stories – hard news to showbiz – at the Sunday Mirror, The Mail On Sunday, and The Sun. In 2001, she ran things as editor of Smash Hits mag, but slid back to The Sun in 2002, becoming its youngest columnist. She got nominated twice for the UK Press Gazette Young Journalist of the Year Award, and The Sun’s editor David Yelland called her “the brightest young female voice in Britain.”
On July 28, 2018, she dropped her first novel, Supernova Hangover. Emma’s been a regular on radio and TV, even co-hosting the National TV Awards for ITV2 with Tess Daly twice.
