Doğa Rutkay Kamal (born October 30, 1978) is a Turkish actress and TV presenter. In 1998, she made her debut on television with a role in Çiçeği Büyütmek. In 1999, Rutkay joined the cast of Çağan Irmak’s sequel series Günaydın İstanbul Kardeş. Rutkay then was cast alongside Halil Ergün and Oya Aydoğan in the series Pembe Patikler, portraying the character of Zeliş.

Doğa Rutkay Kamal, born October 30, 1978, is a Turkish actress and TV presenter, daughter of actor Rutkay Aziz. With a theatre degree from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (2000), she began her career on stage with roles in 27 Numara, Terk, and Averaj Takımı.
She’s a key cast member in Güldür Güldür Show on Show TV and played Layla in Aşkım Aşkım (2001–2008). Her TV debut was in Çiçeği Büyütmek (1998), followed by roles in Günaydın İstanbul Kardeş (1999) and Pembe Patikler as Zeliş. As a presenter, she hosted Buyur Burdan Bak (2014), Doğa Rutkay ile Herşey Bu Masada, and Çocuktan Al Haberi.
