Romane Bohringer (born August 14, 1973) is a French actress, film director, screenwriter and costume designer. She is the daughter of Richard Bohringer and sister of Lou Bohringer. "Les Nuits Fauves" was a stunning piece of cinema, a man's struggle with his HIV+ status and his own behaviour and mortality. Romane Bohringer won for most promising newcomer, and the film won 4 awards at the French Film awards. Sadly, the film's writer/director and lead actor, Cyril Collard, died of AIDS three days before the ceremony.
A great film and really worth a watch.
