    That's NOT a promo poster. It's a fake. Yes, she was nude in the film, but that isn't her body in that photo; the head is just a vidcap from the film put on a different girl's body. Simply look at it... the face is all pixelated with video artefacts in it, while the body is smooth and photoshopped and clearly a modern era digital photo. Someone just made that as a mockup.
