Jasna Fritzi Bauer, born February 20, 1989 in Wiesbaden, Germany, is a Swiss-Chilean actress. Trained at the prestigious Ernst Busch Academy in Berlin, she was a resident company member at Vienna’s Burgtheater from 2012–2015.
She broke out in 2011 with her fearless lead role as a teen with Tourette syndrome in the coming-of-age film Alive and Ticking (Ein Tick anders), earning major early-career awards. Since then she’s racked up credits in indie darlings like About a Girl and Axolotl Overkill, plus mainstream hits like the long-running Tatort crime series (as detective Liv Moormann).
