If you look at the published photo versus the first photo, it looks like someone got hold of the original. Her breasts look proportionate to the rest of the photos in her set, and I've seen the book. I don't think these are fake.

It's real, it's from a special edition of the book In the Tub: Vol 2 by TJ Scott. Proceeds go to Cancer Research charity.
I don't think this is a fake. I saw this particular shot as part of a set of those photographer group shots that they check the quality of the shots with.
It's not a fake, they've just released Vol. 2 Special Edition.
