Kerli Kõiv (born February 7, 1987), known as Kerli, is an Estonian singer-songwriter from Elva. Signed to Island Records in 2006 by LA Reid, she released her debut EP in 2007 and her debut album, Love Is Dead, in 2008, which charted on the Billboard 200.
