I assume you mean the best NAKED character. How could you leave out Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen)? Granted, she hasn't been naked in a while, but seasons 1 & 2 didn't have much of a clothing budget for her.
It's specifically about new characters not in season 1.
It's hard for me to choose between Margerie and Melly (I can't spell her name properly).
I would probably opt for Melly, as I have a lot of respect for Carice being the only main actress who still appears open to nude scenes several years into the show. Gotta love those euro girls.
Keisha Castle Hughes hasn't been naked on the show yet! Nor has Indira Varma!
From those shown I had to go with Ygritte. But my second pick would be Gilly (Hannah Murray)
Have to agree on this one. But regarding the best female character, I would have to choose Maisie Williams. Her character just keeps improving and now she has become a chameleon of death. Will NOT be asking her to sew my socks with her "NEEDLE". :P
Can't argue with you on Maisie, I love her character!
I couldn't agree more; her character has become even more badass. When someone her age (on the show) and relatively small in size not only survives but thrives, it makes Maisie's character my favourite. As for hotness, it has to be Natalie Dormer.
So why isn't Melisandre in the list of choices?
I have to feel most people voted for Missandei thinking it was her. Really no other explanation for such a trivial character having so many more votes than Margaery or Ygritte, two of the best characters of the whole show.
Yeah, I think that's why myself. That brown sugar is nice, but not naked every other episode nice.

Rosabell Laurenti Sellers (Tyene)
Tyene Sand (Rosabell Laurentee Sellers) is easily the best naked appearance in Game of Thrones recently; she's the only Sand sister who has been naked, and she's the best. Her scene in the prison, luring the man in to poison him, is amazing.
Rose Leslie is by far the hottest. Other than Emilia Clarke. Kit Harington has the best love interests.
