Not that she's unattractive now, she's still irresistibly attractive, but she lost that natural cute face after the surgery.
If she stops the surgery now and just lives a healthy lifestyle she'll age quite gracefully into her 50s easily and might even regain some hints of the cute features the knife took away.
She's definitely the subject of any hiking fantasy I have now.
