Well OK. While it's the same picture 6 times in slightly different size formats, it's a rather cute boob, and for a change it's not something those of us who know what Instagram is can see a million times a day - a girl in a bikini - so kudos.
Do you not understand how wallpapers work? You set them as backgrounds for your laptop or phone or whatever device. So, to match the aspect ratio of each device which is different, the same image is offered with different sizes so it fits your device exactly.
So, it's a feature not a bug.
Any device that doesn't autofit an image is useless and should be discarded. An 8K picture should fit on most TVs and phones as wallpaper.
