   Either way, fake or real, we're scraping the bottom of the barrel. Given an hour with Photoshop, anyone can turn pokies into see-through X-ray whatever, you filter the hue, add some colour around the nipple, add some shadows... And BAM, a picture that you'd have to be a really big fan for it to tickle your giggle berries. It isn't that hard, but you have to ask, is it really worth it?
