   "Companion" nearly drove me mad with lust, both due to the premise (a beautiful robot who is submissive to you and always willing to have sex), and to how ideal Thatcher looks in the film.

   Contrary to repressive neo-Puritan ideology, "Companion" also recognises, via the gay couple, that genuine love can exist in a relationship regardless of unequal power dynamics.
