Meet Francine Dee (born July 21, 1978), a model known for rockin’ photoshoots in tons of magazines and poppin’ up on talk shows, plus her super-sized chest implants.
She’s three-quarters Filipina and one-quarter Chinese. When she was just a few months old, her folks moved to the Philippines. In 1983, she and her parents relocated to Orange County, California. She first graced the cover of Oriental Dolls magazine, back when she was still all-natural. She’s also been in a bunch of Playboy special editions. In 1998, after some nudging from her crew, Francine started modelin’ at race car shows.
