The Fappening Star Noah Cyrus shows she can be just as wild as her older sister Miley as she appears to be wearing no underwear as she appears on stage during Miley Cyrus’ New Year’s Eve Party NBC special, 01/01/2022.
Noah performed a duet with Miley, who had her own wardrobe malfunction on stage later in the evening. The siblings sang the Dolly Parton 1974 country classic Jolene during the two hour special to ring in the New Year.
But it was Noah’s sexy dress that wowed fans – as it appeared she was knickerless under the gown. The black dress was held together with silver chains across the right hip area – revealing lots of bare skin underneath. For once Miley seemed overdressed but still wowed in a sparkly silver trouser jumpsuit.
