Kate Vernon, born April 21, 1961 in Canada, is an actress who’s been in a ton of film and TV gigs. She killed it as Lorraine Prescott on the CBS soap Falcon Crest from ’84 to ’85, played the snobby Benny Hanson in the ’86 comedy Pretty in Pink, and rocked the role of Ellen Tigh in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica from ’04 to ’09.
