Here's what I think is an interesting analogy, so here goes:
Anna Nicole Smith, in her last year of life, had horrendous physical problems with her fake breasts, which involved multiple surgeries and an absolute shitload of painkillers to keep her calm and pain free...until the painkillers caused her to overdose to the point of being stone dead.
This extremely fucking ugly thing called Katie has got even bigger fake breasts, would quite possibly be on the same drug painkiller path and yet is still alive.
