She is the daughter of Joseph Howard Rambin III and Karen Stacy Guthrie, who founded Moody Rambin – Real Estate, an online platform for distance learning. Rambin has three siblings, her brother, Joseph Rambin, is an older half-sister, Mary Rambin, and an older half-brother, Jay Rambin.

Rambin began to perform as a child in school performances and studied at the Houston School of Film and Theatre and at the St. Francis Episcopal Day School, where she played in her first school play before moving to New York and getting her first lead role in “All My Children.” During her acting career, she continued her high school degree through the Texas School University Independent School District.

In the TV series “All My Children,” Rambin played the role of the autistic Lily Montgomery from 2004 to 2010, from 2007 to 2010 in a double role additionally the part of Ava Benton, the half-sister of her original character. For her role in “All My Children,” she was nominated for an Emmy in the category “Best Leading Young Actress” in 2006.

Rambin was married to actor Jim Parrack from 2015 to 2017. Since April 2017, she is in a relationship with the actor Tilky Jones.
