         While there is some truth to what you say, in the bigger scheme of things they stay rich because they market their name which in turn makes them wealthier. That's not stupidity.

         Look at Donald Trump. He's a buffoon, but... he's smart enough to be a wealthy buffoon.

   - Miley is a marketing genius for her craft. She may look crazy in many photo shoots, but she knows how to make her concerts sell. She is really talented music-wise and is evident in the sales, her singing history and just watch her backyard sessions. Very talented.
   - Paris, even with a sextape and an old reality show highlighting stupidity, she is a billionaire heiress, and she knows still how to manage her part of the business. Being fashionable herself, she can market well her fashion line of products. She is often not affected and offended by public criticism and can handle public interviews well.
   - Britney has a history of public breakdowns, possible depression, or bipolar disorder, quick marriages, but she makes bank and her regular Vegas show is still a constant hit. Her voice may sound a bit different but her songs are very marketable that can top the charts.
   - Hillary had an early music career, kind of died down, got married, ended that relationship and is still making a comeback in her career. New songs and still gets major airplay.

   - Lindsay has a history of going in and out of jail, in and out of court, multiple DUI cases. Her past hits were Parent Trap when she was a kid. Then Mean Girls and Herbie and after that, she never really got back. She has a few fashion stuff going on, but she hasn't made a major hit movie recently. So it's Lindsay for me the winner of this vote.

         Miley is talented and beautiful, go listen to her following songs then comment: Hands of Love, real and true, lighter, see you again, when I look at you, lighter, Floyd song, drive, twinkle song, get it right. Her Bangerz album was highly underrated, it was a masterpiece. People underrated it just because of her change in image. She is smart too, Miley is considered to be one of the most charitable musicians. She started a non-profit organisation to help homeless, LGBTQ youth, and other vulnerable populations. She launched her new album for free, and she is planning to launch her next for free too. She recently donated about £400K to AIDS research at a gala in LA. She rescued and adopted about 5 pets in the last two weeks.
