   I know she's a bit older now and quite politically extreme, but blimey, was she hot. Especially around the time she appeared in The Office.

   First black girl I didn't know was black. I mean yes, if your name is "Rashida" you're clearly not from Norway, but I hadn't made that connection yet - the first time I saw her she was just "Karen" on The Office and I didn't know who she was in real life. I thought she was a Latina at most. Smoking hot. Like, furnace hot.
